Surprising and atypical design of the restaurant interior refers to the colonial past. The main feature of the restaurant is the spectacular bar in the shape of a Mexican pyramid where yhou can choose from an immense choice of classic margaritas, mezcal cocktails and many many more.
The original menu for Agave was set up by a South Californian chef Christian Dolias who is renowned for his passion for a modern Mexican cuisine. Unforgettable chef who appeared in many American TV shows thoroughly taught our chefs everything, and because he loves a fusion cuisine he was definitely not afraid to add something new. And Agave chefs are also not afraid of experiments… we love to mix both traditional and non traditional ingredients with traditional and non traditional recipes.
