Our basic menu was set up exclusivelly for us by Christian Dolias, an unforgettable chef born and raised in Southern California. His passion for authentic food has placed him on the cutting edge of modern Mexican cuisine for more than 10 years. Along the way, he has opened his own restaurant Desnudo Tacos, hosted and taken part in sold out back yard BBQ’s, food truck competitions, pop-up kitchen events in Las Vegas and even had a television appearance on the Food Network series Chopped. Christian is also a founding member (and President) of Cutthroat Culinary which has brought dramatic spice to the Las Vegas dining scene.

Real Mexican Cuisine

From classic tacos and burritos to modern dishes with a hint of rich Mexican spices, every dish we prepare has heart and care in it. Our menu is a combination of great shareable small dishes as well as full entrees.

New Summer Menu 2019
